Scope Of Work
Completed as a design/build project this is a renovation of the 1,260 sf Showboat Theater inside Frohring Performing Arts Center on the campus of Hiram College. Metis’ Architect Elizabeth Eaken was the Project Architect and lead the project through construction drawings and permitting with the construction work managed by Metis’ Project Manager Ben Heckerman. The work consisted of removal of the existing suspended ceiling, painting of the structure and new lights. Also included was the addition of a new HVAC system to serve the theater.
