Scope Of Work
Graybach recently completed construction of the first phase of Cincinnati Center City Development’s Over-the-Rhine 15th & Race development in conjunction with 3CDC – The Allison. The Allison features 17 residential condos and 4,500 square feet of commercial space on the first floor, along with a parking garage at 15th and Race Street in downtown Over-the-Rhine. The Race Street Condos project is comprised of 16 two-bedroom residential units and a single one-bedroom unit, accessible from the ground floor. Units range in size from 800 SF to 1,200 SF. The project also includes three street-level commercial spaces, totaling 4,500 SF.
