Scope Of Work
In January 2013, Graybach was awarded a design-build contract by General Mills in Sharonville, OH, to construct a new main lobby expansion. Graybach teamed with PCA Architects in Covington, KY, who will provide design and engineering services. The new addition will consolidate employee and visitor entrances into one single point of access. Additionally, the new 8900 square foot expansion will house a new Cafeteria, Visitor Center, Computer Lab, and Locker Room Areas for employees. Construction began in April 2013, and was completed and ready for use in January 2014. Graybach was excited to partner with General Mills for the first time, and to add them to our list of satisfied clients.
