Scope Of Work

Walnut Creek California's retail hub is undergoing a major makeover which will increase its size by 300,000 sqft and will incorporate 200,000 sqft of redeveloped retail space. New parking structures and six new retail buildings will be built among widened pedestrian walkways and water features. The buildings incorporate green features such as highly efficient architectural envelopes and HVAC systems, low flow plumbing fixtures and massive arrays of solar photovoltaic panels.

Plans also call for a new landscaped plaza with a grove of trees that will extend from the new retail space all the way to the shopping center’s popular promenade fountain — which is scheduled to receive a face-lift.
