In 2013, developers Harvey Weiss and Najib Samona acquired an acre of prime frontage on Woodward Avenue in Birmingham, MI with a vision and a mission: to create something remarkable — a landmark Class A, mixed-use building to stand the test of time. Located in Downtown Birmingham, The Balmoral is a 5-story mid-rise built in 2015. The Balmoral offers garage parking and the penthouse features a large private roof terrace.
