Scope Of Work
Renovation/expansion of the branch with the highest circulation in the Louisville system. Renovation of 6,000sf of the existing City Hall building (formerly a school) and new construction of about 11,000 sf, the expansion will give a new face to the library.
The addition provides open daylit space with flexibility as a goal - both anticipating a future where print media is less a focus while also accommodating the current growth in circulation of print media.
