Originally founded in 1986 and under new management since 2004, CelSue Construction Services, Inc. continues to provide high-quality site work in the metropolitan areas for government, commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Both WBE and MBE certified, Celsue specializes specifically in excavation, concrete & asphalt paving, dry utility installation, concrete foundations, sidewalks, curb & gutter, and temporary traffic control. Additionally, Celsue provides services in the Maryland, Washington D.C., and Northern Virginia area. Overall, we are dedicated to serve our clients with responsive leadership and management consistency throughout each project’s duration.
