Scope Of Work
Flanked by Pacific Coast Highway and panoramic ocean views, Pacific City was designed to create a retail, dining and hospitality destination for Huntington Beach locals and visitors alike. Relaxed Mediterranean meets California Coastal inspired architecture provides the backdrop for 140,000 SF of retail and office space, 59,000 SF of restaurant space and 1,043 stalls of on-grade and two levels of subterranean parking. Ample outdoor gathering spaces for lounging, dining and events feature sunset decks, fire pits and indigenous California landscaping. Staggered buildings with muted, warm tones of rustic cottage whites and subtle gray hues layer back to create view-terraces throughout the open-air mall. Buildings are connected by pedestrian walkways and beach view decks, providing patrons and guests with the textures of a coastal village.
