Scope Of Work
Work consisted of the renovation of two existing buildings, adding a connecting section between the two buildings to make a 132,772 square foot Administrative Facility.
Work included exterior improvements: the adding and removing interior walls; asbestos removal/upgrading of the electrical system, plumbing system, HVAC system, and fire protection system; provide elevators; and provide all other necessary work.
