Scope Of Work
The impetus for this contract was a mission change to the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station involving a change to a different aircraft. The goal of the HW Pence – CDFL Design/Build Team was to convert the existing Squad Ops Facility (Bldg. 807) to a like-new facility that meets the functional needs of the 914th Airlift Wing.
Building 807 (16,913 SF) was constructed in the early 1990’s. A command post of approximately 1,300 SF was added later. Our Design/Build Team reconfigured Building 807 to support Training, Offices, Intel, and Mission Planning functions. A 1,700 SF addition was designed and constructed to increase training and office capacity. The existing 1,300 SF command post was protected during all phases of demolition and construction.
