Works consisted of the complete interior and exterior renovation of approximately 60,000 square feet of an existing five (5) story building, with the following trades affected: site / civil, fencing, landscape, irrigation, sidewalks, site amenities, concrete, masonry, miscellaneous steel, casework, display cases, roofing, caulking, aluminum windows and storefront.
Additional renovation included hollow metal doors and frames, wood doors, door hardware, drywall and framing, stucco, acoustical ceilings, VCT, carpet, ceramic and porcelain tile, resinous flooring, painting, toilet accessories, fire extinguishers, interior and exterior signage, directories, corner guards, marker boards, operable partitions, postal specialties, window treatments, elevators, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.
