Scope Of Work
Westin Houston Downtown, formerly Inn At The Ball Park, Houston,
Texas. This Hotel Renovation took place in 2013, and is located
across the street from Minute Maid Stadium. This 200 guestrooms
and suites facility, was an all baseball themed hotel, which is now a
newly renovated contemporary hotel, that features sustainable
elements; such as a vertical garden in the lobby. The scope of work
was to renovation all guestrooms & suites, the atrium lobby,
restaurant, bar, pre-function spaces, and the meeting & conference
rooms.
Role of the STUDIOX9: Project Management and Production of
Construction Documents for Interior Designs Unlimited.
