Scope Of Work
This boutique hotel underwent renovation, in early 2013. The
Royal St. Charles Hotel has 143 guestrooms and suites. Part of
the scope of work, was creating an interactive lobby, fitness
center, 2,610 square feet of event space, and PJ’s Coffee &
Cafe'. This Renovation was a success, and the boutique hotel
owners are looking to renovate similar hotels in this region of the country. Our
responsibilities were to produce construction documents for the project, and to provide
project management. The partnering interior design firm was responsible for all color
selections and furniture designs. Both companies worked together to achieve this
wonderfully successful renovation.
