Scope Of Work
This historical building in downtown San Antonio is located across the street
from the famous Alamo Plaza. This franchise faced many challenges with the
interior finish out, of the existing structure. There are load bearing
foundation walls, which reach a dimension of four feet within the basement.
Many trips were made in order to fully verify all field measurements,
necessary to facilitate a restaurant design (with its existing conditions). The
architect of this project, was Zapata & Associates, and turned into a
design/build effort, that was requested by the owner.
Role of the STUDIOX9: Assistance with Production of Construction Documents.
