Scope Of Work
The La Quinta Inn & Suites and Conference Center is a new limited
service hotel, conveniently located on IH-10, near the Medical District, in
northwest San Antonio. This facility includes 168 rooms and suites, a
state of the art 10,000 square foot conference center, with catering by
the esteemed RK Group. The hotel contains a full complement of
facilities, including a Breakfast Room, Mini Mart, Fitness Center, and a
Courtyard, containing a generous swimming pool and spa. The project
was completed in 14 months, on schedule, and within the owner’s
budget.
