Scope Of Work
The Divine Yoga Studio, built in 2006, is a simply designed
space, located in Alamo Heights, Texas. This property was
rezoned as a residential and commercial plat, and fits
behind the owner’s residence. There was a vast amount of
vegetation on the entrance of the property, which the
owner requested we keep, but eventually worked well in
the final result of the project. All facilities are suited for TAS
(Texas Accessibility Standards) requirements in regards to
accessibility. The total budget was $129,000, and has been in operation
upon completion in 2006.
Role of the STUDIOX9: Provided design services, Construction
Documents, Permitting & Construction Administration.
