Scope Of Work
This abandoned Borden Creamery was converted into a storage facility,
which houses private storage, garaged for the general public. Field
verification was an absolute requirement, especially for the insulated
pads in the existing structure. Many demolition plans were developed, to
phase construction in a timely manner. Zapata & Associates were the
architects in charge of this project, and the ending product is still being
utilized by many of the surrounding neighborhoods in this area.
Role of the STUDIOX9: Assisted in field verification and the
production of Construction Documentation.
