Scope Of Work
Big-D Construction increased its portfolio in the State of Idaho with the construction of a new, 73,452 square-foot hotel in the community of Idaho Falls. The new, 4-story Marriott Springhill Suites is located on the iconic Snake River and features 124 suites.
The new hotel has two meeting rooms with more than 1,700 square-feet of space to accommodate meetings or conferences of up to 40 people. The project also includes an indoor swimming pool and whirlpool, an outdoor fire pit, a business center, a full-service bar and market, and an indoor fitness facility.
The hotel offers guests convenient access to the Idaho Falls Idaho Temple, Yellowstone National Park, Grand Teton National Park, and Jackson Hole. The project took just 13 months to complete.
