Scope Of Work
The new Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott is a 55,000 SF, three-story, wood frame hotel consisting of 92 guest rooms. The lobby features a welcoming fireplace for guests and the lobby also has a computer center for guest use. The hotel has a dining area where breakfast is served every day. The Fairfield also has a pool and spa, fitness center, guest laundry and an outside patio room. Two conference room located on the main level are available for meetings and corporate training. The facility has high speed internet for business travelers.
The site improvements include parking, walks, landscaping, on-site utility services and tie-ins.
