Scope Of Work

In 2015, the first phase of City Vue Apartments opened to residents looking for exquisite views of the Minneapolis and St. Paul skylines. Shortly after the first phase was complete, Big-D Construction began work on the second phase.

The second phase features a brand new, five-story apartment building that has 120 units. The housing consists of both one and two-bedroom units that utilize some of the industry’s finest finishes. Below the housing is underground tempered parking. The objective of the development is to not only provide great amenities to the new tenants, but to provide perks to the tenants living in City Vue Phase I.

To the north of the apartment complex, Big-D constructed a new double tee parking ramp, which has one level of below grade parking, and two levels of above grade parking. The underground level ties into the parking below the housing, and the upper two levels tie into the existing parking ramp to the north, which was built with Phase I.

Along with the added parking, Phase II has a new community room, game room, fitness center, and pool terrace for all development residents to utilize. The 12,500 square-foot pool terrace consists of a 1,500 square-foot swimming pool, a turf game court, an outdoor kitchen with grill station, and an outdoor fireplace.
