Scope Of Work
French 27 was another historic renovation in Miami Beach that transformed the space into a high-end French brasserie. The Wilsten Group self-performed all of the building’s trades scopes including, but not limited to, millwork, decorative metal work, custom antiqued mirrors, booth seating installation, FF&E installation, fire treating of all woodwork and painting.
