Scope Of Work
Located in Allen, Texas, this Italian restaurant design is a family owned restaurant specializing in wood fired pizza. The design has an open kitchen with a predominant wood fired oven, brick and stone walls.
The dining room and cocktail bar are clearly visible as the client enters the restaurant. At the center is placed the wood fired pizza stove and a counter surrounds it for clients to sit and enjoy their meals.
The wood floors compliment the simple, but elegant furniture. The lighting design is comprised of down lights. The lights near the bar are recessed into the wine racks that hang from the ceiling. The commercial kitchen’s floors are quarry tile and stainless steel back-splash was used in the kitchen's public area.
