Kay’s Creek Elementary is an innovative school built around the theme “the Mechanical World.” It is a net-zero facility and has successfully become one of the “greenest,” most energy efficient public schools in the state. It accommodates any learning modality the teachers wish to implement. The design is thematically distinct and has raised the bar for energy-efficient construction in Utah.
