Scope Of Work
This project includes a large sales floor, kitchen and work spaces for the preparation of specialty food items, including meat, seafood, produce, baked goods and a coffee bar.
The build-out also includes offices, a locker room for employees and storage spaces for stock and shipping.
The interior features acoustical ceiling tiles, reclaimed wood and low volatile organic compounds (VOC) paint.
