Scope Of Work
The 8,775-square-foot restaurant can accommodate up to 350 patrons and features several unique finishes, including granite throughout, custom light fixtures, Italian leather seating and custom paneling.
The floating ceiling, which is a highlight of the restaurant, was constructed by a movie set company.
Oversized cedar timbers comprise the patio area with a translucent canopy that creates an atmosphere of being in water.
Specialty umbrellas able to withstand 80-mile-per-hour winds are also used throughout the patio area.
