Scope Of Work
This project was the renovation of an existing building in an upscale shopping center to accommodate new tenants.
Unique structural additions had to be made to the building before the removal of interior shear walls and structural columns, while protecting the maple and magnolia trees located around the building.
The interior was completely demolished and serviced with new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
Tenants include Pottery Barn Kids, American Eagle, Banana Republic and Ihloff Salon and Day Spa.
