Scope Of Work
Town Center Plaza is an upscale shopping center located on a 13.7-acre site.
Phase three consists of a retail space for Petsmart, Hibbs Sports, Rue 21 and Lane Bryant.
Flintco completed the Best Buy project which is one of four phases of the plaza.
The Marshall’s Department store and tenant build-out is a fast-track retail space completed in five months.
