Scope Of Work
This project is the revitalization and expansion of a 40-year old upscale shopping center that includes three buildings and 18 leasable retail units.
Buildings one and two were divided into 13 retail shops; building three was constructed to house a single tenant.
The French Country Village theme was selected during the early stages of the project and carried through the selection of the exterior facade materials and roofing materials.
Exterior lighting and fixtures were installed to complete the village feel.
