Scope Of Work
U.S. Beef operates Arby's and Taco Bueno restaurants in the Midwest.
The project included oversight of all aspects of the restaurant construction process: review plans and specs, interview potential contractors, issue documents and review bids, issue contracts, supervise construction, process pay applications, write punch-lists and oversee close-out.
In total, more than 75 Arby’s and Taco Bueno’s in five Midwestern states were constructed or renovated.
