Scope Of Work

This mixed use development project at the heart of the Aksarben Village District exemplifies Ronco Construction’s ability to coordinate all aspects of a project from concept to closeout. Ronco, acting as the Construction Manager for these various projects totaling 2.55mm handled the preconstruction efforts of Performa’s, design development, cost estimating, bid package assembly, value engineering scheduling and permitting. Once construction commenced, Ronco successfully delivered the Ponzu Sushi Restaurant, Aksarben Cinema Cafe, DJs Dugout Sports Bar, Dudleys Pizza Tavern and the Aksarben Mural Wall as scheduled and under budget. It was a true collaborative effort between the Developer, Owner, Design Team and Contractors that made these projects such a success. In all, 20,000SF of new restaurant and retail space was completed by the end of 2013.
