Scope Of Work

A combination of new construction and renovation. The new Petro Serve USA headquarters was converted from a closed restaurant in West Fargo, ND. Extensive structural changes needed to be made to accommodate the new additions and layout for the new headquarters. The building uses wood casework, doors and trim with metal accents to make a modern working environment. The headquarters includes office space, multiple large conference rooms, kitchens and a mock convenience store for training. The transformation from run down restaurant to corporate headquarters is proof that what was old can be come new again.
