Scope Of Work
B&D performed as a prime subcontractor for the new construction of the Spanish Trails Rehabilitation Suites. B&D self-performed a complete electrical and communications installation. The newly constructed rehabilitation center is a 54,000 square foot building, consisting of approximately 200 patient rooms, which hold skilled nurses that care for patient rehabilitation. B&D’s prefab shop worked closely with our field personnel to speed along the installation process throughout the project.
