Scope Of Work

Park Place Hotel is a historic building, that has been in the heart of downtown Traverse City since 1930. National Coatings was tasked with the paint, wallpaper, and wood finishing of the building for its renovation. This was a very labor-intensive project as our team had to prime and paint approximately 42,000 square feet of drywall, and 13,000 linear feet of trim. The hotel had a pool that we had to epoxy, and we also had to install vinyl wall coverings. We received high praise on this project due to our high quality of work.
