Scope Of Work
Campus Edge is an apartment complex located in Raleigh, North Carolina. For this project, National Coatings was contracted by Brookwood Construction to help in the renovation of its clubhouse. Since the clubhouse is two-stories, the project was done in two phases. The lower level was completed first, then the upper. We were tasked with the painting of this building. We also applied a special coating of metallic paint at the service bar in the lounge. The large quantity of tray ceilings on the upper level with deep wood molding, made this a unique project.
