Scope Of Work

Under a DoD Joint Command design-build ID/IQ SATOC contract, Arrowhead served as a dedicated construction phase team member to prime contractor Leidos. Under the Guardian IPP, Arrowhead participated as a fully-integrated general contractor providing comprehensive design support and construction phase services for the installation various force protection upgrades and CBRN detection systems. To date, Arrowhead has executed 84 design or construction task orders totaling in excess of $23 million at 62 military facilities across the country.

As a fully integrated team member on two contiguous Guardian Installation Protection Programs, Arrowhead maintained the responsibility to provide engineering support to the design of various security safeguards and to construct the security improvements in the field. The Installation Protection Program is a family of systems that both supplements and integrates other aspects of existing force protection, providing anti-terrorism capabilities against potential weapons of mass destruction events. The diverse and technically-complex scopes of work entailed constructing/installing and validating many of the newest, most advanced CBRN detection and C41 data management systems currently employed by the DoD.
