Scope Of Work
Wycliffe performed the renovation of two former barracks into classrooms and offices for Army OCS. The buildings were approximately 12,000SF each and the work consisted of all new electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler, fire alarm and communication wiring (including SIPR net installation.) Wycliffe also performed the asbestos abatement and then the demolition of existing interior walls and finishes. New partitions were constructed including finishes, doors, frames and hardware as well as new flooring and paint. Landscaping was also part of this scope of work including new grass areas and small shrubbery. Project was completed in phases in coordination with ARMY command in order to accommodate incoming soldiers.
