Scope Of Work
Double Creek Flats was a $27 million project. Town and Country Land Works was responsible for site clearing, erosion control, pond bank stabilization, final grading, plant installation of 425 trees and over 1200 shrubs, mulching, hydroseeding entire property, sodding around clubhouse, installing engineered soil to rain gardens, seeding rain gardens, installing rip rap along creek banks, installing drains for trash compactor area, and installing construction safety fence around ponds. Part of the landscape installation occurred during a drought in the summer. Town and Country Land Works was able to keep the plants watered during the month long drought so that the project could stay on schedule.
