Scope Of Work
This project is the renovation of an occupied elementary school. The scope of the renovation includes new flooring, paint, counter tops, new playground equipment, new data system, fire alarm system and intercom system. Also included in the project is a new HVAC system in the gym, installation of special gym flooring, epoxy floor in the restrooms and the installation of kitchen equipment.
On the exterior of the facility, a new parents drop off area added with new canopies, new MSE wall and new underground detention pond and bio-retention pond.
