Scope Of Work
Hogan Construction provided General Contracting Services for a 12,000 SF shell retail development, as well as associated sitework. The new development is located at the intersection of Suber Road and Wade Hampton Blvd. in Greer, SC. The retail facility will be the home of four future tenants which will include IHOP, Heartland Dental Care, and Doctors Express. Key features of this project include EIFS and stone veneer at exterior, storefront, a fibertight roof system, 2 grease traps totaling 4,000 gallons, and a masonry dumpster enclosure.
This project was completed on schedule during the wettest months in recorded history.
