Scope Of Work
The 10,000 square foot Campus Training Center provides state-of-the-art training spaces, as well as a spacious lobby and several interview rooms. The new facility serves as a recruitment center as BMW continues to expand its South Carolina operations. The program requirements include conference rooms, computer labs, classrooms, staff offices, dining area, and a large multipurpose room. Parking for the building is provided within an adjacent landscaped surface parking area that includes over 70 dedicated space.
