Scope Of Work
Plastic Products Company, a plastic injection molding manufacturer based out of Minnesota, chose Hogan Construction to provide Design-Build Services for their first location in Seneca, SC.
The project involved 48,000 square feet of interior renovations, structural upfit, and process upgrades to an existing facility. Upgrades include the addition of a truck entry ramp, cooling tower and chiller system, raw material silo and distribution piping, 10 Ton bridge cranes, new electrical service and distribution, and new finishes for the office space.
