Scope Of Work
Design-Build construction services for the North Greenville Fire District involved the demolition of an existing thirty-year old fire station and the construction of a new 10,106 SF facility. The site was jointly occupied with the fire department during construction.
The new station is comprised of four drive through apparatus bays 80 inches deep and living quarters that include 7 bedrooms, an administration area, meeting spaces, kitchen and dining room with adjoining day room. A workout area for the firemen and training areas are also included.
