Scope Of Work
KIA of Greenville chose Hogan Construction Group to build an adaptive reuse of an older car dealership facility located on the Greenville “motor mile” in SC. Construction began with a partial demolition of the existing car display area and included an 12,820 square feet facility addition. Renovations include a new high bay showroom, customer lounge, offices, and customer support areas.
