What was purpose this job?

job brief here was to completely waterproof exterior a porous split-face CMU exterior veneer. We repaired failed structural masonry openings provide all exterior windows with new wet-glazed sealants around all exterior windows glass glazing. Years exterior moisture seeping through porous block exterior failed window seals caused significant water damage. All exterior walls affected interior insulation caused sheetrock damage, allowing mold growth to occur remain. This required remediation affected by removing, treating, replacing interior finishes.

How did Alliance come into conversation when considering CM firms for ?

This came as an inbound response through our Alliance Painting . Once we met with customer, we understood better this was not just a painting but more a full-, multi- . Again, one that required to stay running while we all facets .

How extensive was ?

This required bringing in Sherwin Williams to help us develop a process that would last. One customer’s criteria was an extended 20-year warranty for our . end result was providing a multi-layered coating system with time-critical application inspection specifications to achieve.

What were some challenges completing this within an occupied space?

Noise with structural masonry repairs was our first hurdle that was minimized worked through by daily scheduling around meeting room use off-peak hours. second was interior mold removal remediation that was done over a three-night period which had demanding deadlines for setup and tear down for each night’s activities. third was dust during finishing migrating dust from tape, bed sanding for prepping new walls to receive finishes. What we learned:
