The Difference is an Alliance

The construction industry has earned a bit of a reputation. We're here to change that reputation for the better.

When GOD issued a building permit for Alliance CM in 1992, we dedicated our specialty toward managing construction services that prioritize the customer, their project, and the aligned interests of all parties tasked with delivering an awesome final product. The project, and the experience leading up to the final reveal, deserves a team of players focused on the same goal of delivering excellence in everything they do; in other words, an Alliance.

Glover Family Alliance. We are the First Generation of a Multi-Generational family-owned and Kingdom ran business.

Customer-Driven Construction Management

Our commitment to our customers stems from the C4 Principle:* Calling, Character, Capability, and Commissioning. We believe we have been called to do amazing work for amazing people, only fully realized under wise leadership and accountability. We would be remiss to operate under lesser standards.

It's these standards that enable us to deliver customer-driven construction management, a somewhat unique concept in our industry. An Alliance customer will experience diligent, strategic, and consistent communication designed to solicit frequent feedback. The purpose here is brilliantly simple: keep all parties (project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, customers, and stakeholders) finally aligned toward a common goal and vision.

This all boils down to creating an experience that is collaborative, constructive, and meaningful. We wouldn't engage with a project any other way.

Empowered by ProCore Construction Management Software. We have streamed lined every process with this All-In-One Platform. Cloud-Based for easy access to your projects. Drawing-Centric prevents outdated information from costing the project lost time and money. Built for Construction. Easy-To-Use Document Management Communication software makes doing "construction" business in real-time.

Differentiation

Compared to most others, we are a construction company that values collaboration. Where others may come across as self-serving and self-preserving, we prop up and promote the interests of everyone.

What Our Customers Experience

Customers experience a process that honors the dignity of their own ideas, ambitions, property, and the experiences of their own customers during the construction phase.

Think-Feel-Do

We want our customers to think about the possibility of their vision becoming reality, feel the incredible respect we hold for them and everyone around them, and act accordingly with their gut.

Who would they rather do business with?
