Scope Of Work
Established in 1961 by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet on Tucson's east side, Carondelet St. Joseph’s Hospital provides the community with a wide range of comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services. Sundt constructed a five-story, 164,000-square-foot addition to the hospital. The new wing houses 168 patient rooms, operating rooms, a birthing center and a neonatal care unit. The project included a three-level parking structure for 437 vehicles.
