Scope Of Work
Rock Spring Station is a three-story structure coming up in Harford county. It is created primarily to house low-income individuals and families while still building up the community.
The first story will be comprised of retail space, with the second and third stories holding 54 total apartments. There will be approximately 15 one bedroom units, 30 two bedroom units and 9 three bedroom units.
Rock Spring Station will be made affordable housing through tax credits being obtained by Osprey. The rent-controlled pricing will change annually with the median salary in the area.
