Scope Of Work
Southway was selected by the project team as the construction manager for this tenant-in-place renovation to 125 rental apartments for low-income seniors and persons with disabilities. Primrose Place is a public housing project being preserved under HUD’s Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program. Located on a busy urban intersection at the main entry to St. Agnes Hospital in West Baltimore, the 9-story building is undergoing comprehensive renovations to common areas and systems with individual units receiving new kitchens, appliances, baths, heating and air conditioning systems, and interior finishes.
