Scope Of Work
Berger Square is a newly constructed apartment complex located within the Odenton redevelopment area of the Odenton Town Center in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. This new affordable housing is ideal for working families with low or moderate incomes due to its proximity to public transportation, employment, schools, and child care. The new building, which consists of two podium structures with parking and community space at grade connected by a bridge at the residential levels, contains 48 two-bedroom apartments with eight of the units set aside for persons with disabilities. Residents have access to a community room, computer center, fitness center, community garden, playground, walking trail and picnic area.
