April 2017, Fortune 500 retailer Dollar Tree selected a 122-acre on Highway 13 Warrensburg, MO as home for its new $110 million, 1.2 million square foot distribution center. sprawling 27-acre distribution center serves as a Dollar Tree’s regional supply chain national logistics network. It is projected that this will manage up to 200 inbound outbound trucks per day, create 375 new jobs within first three years.

ESS proposed an aggressive ten-hours-a-day, six-days-a-week, fast-track plan that included a dedicated experienced operators fleet equipment capable compacting 20,000 CY soil per shift. experienced an unusually high-volume rain through August, but continued to stay on by consistently producing 25,000 CY/day (27,000 CY on peak days).
